The brief
Megan launched her counselling practice without a clinical, intimidating website. The page had to feel safe, warm, and instantly trustworthy — the opposite of every counselling site she had seen.

Outcomes
Inquiry volume doubled in 6 weeks. The form's anonymity option became the top-clicked CTA and unlocked an audience that was nervous about reaching out.
